The American Bar Association has applied for accreditation for this training for Continuing Legal Education (CLE). Up to 6.0 CLE credits are approved based upon your state’s credit structure and whether or not your state allows online or self study curricula.

As of December 15, 2008, 41 states have some type of MCLE requirements for attorneys who practice law in their state. Of those 41 states, only 28 accept online courses. Of the 28 states, this curriculum has been approved in 25 of those states. Please note:

50 and 60 minute states. Each state that mandates MCLE requirements has their own set of rules. Some states require an attorney to attend 60 minutes of programming to earn one credit and some states require attorneys to attend 50 minutes of programming to earn one credit hour. These minutes and hours are indicated in the chart.

MCLE Categories. Some states approve MCLE in specific categories such as substance abuse or practice skills. Other states provide general MCLE credit to courses. The state breakdown for this training is listed below

MCLE accreditation is subject to change. Attorneys should check with their own state's MCLE requirements.
